![]() Little Woodrow's has opened their third location in the Austin area. The 5,000 square foot Woodrow's will be a destination spot for the patrons of South Austin. Not only does this location provide a full bar but it will also serve a wide array of pizzas.

Construction has begun on both of Southpark Meadows' housing developments located on the 425- acre site. In late April, Lennar will begin construction on The Reserve at Southpark Meadows. Lennar is on schedule to build approximately 330 single family homes with estimated price points between $280,000 and $350,000. The home sites will be located on the southeast corner of Slaughter Lane and South First Street with the first model homes being completed in December of 2007. Fairfield Properties has broken ground on its planned 700 multi-family units located off South First Street (south of the Lennar tract) in late April. The first phase will consist of 456 units.
