SuperTarget will begin construction in November of 2006, and will open in October of 2007. The store will be adjacent to the freestanding JC Penney, and will serve to co-anchor phase II.

This specific SuperTarget is a prototype store and will be 173,770 square feet with grocery, pharmacy, and general merchandise.
