GattiTown Arrives at Southpark Meadows With the execution of the recent 25,000 sf lease at Southpark Meadows, Mr. Gatti’s will take a bigger bite of the “eatertainment” market through an expansion of its GattiTown concept in Austin, Texas. GattiTowns typically are housed in buildings that range between 20,000 and 30,000 square feet each. The GattiTown concept combines a traditional pizza restaurant with private party rooms, video arcades, carousels, and other forms of entertainment; a concept the restaurant has dubbed, “eatertainment.” The Southpark Meadows GattiTown is projected to open in the Spring of 2007. Shoe Carnival brings affordable footwear to Southpark Meadows Shoe Carnival, Inc. is one of the nation's largest family footwear retailers. Shoe Carnival Inc. offers a distinctive shopping experience, a broad merchandise assortment and value to customers while maintaining an efficient store level cost structure. Shoe Carnival, Inc. stores combine competitive pricing with a highly promotional, in-store marketing effort that encourages customer participation and creates a fun and exciting shopping experience.
