Construction has begun on both of Southpark Meadows' housing developments located on the 425- acre site. The Reserve at Southpark Meadows residential subdivision will include approximately 330 single family homes. Local Austin Homebuilder, Sandara Homes is under construction on their model home which opens this June, along with their first four homes for sale - price range is expected to be $290's to $330's depending on custom features selected by the Buyers. Clubhouse completion is scheduled for mid-April for the first 426 unit phase of the Fairfield Properties multi- family project at Southpark Meadows. The second phase will add an additional 244 units for a total project size of 670 units.
