    About Endeavor Real Estate

    Endeavor Real Estate Group (Endeavor) was formed in March 1999 to create value by managing, leasing, developing and acquiring retail, office and industrial properties. The firm's efforts are focused in Central Texas, primarily within the greater Austin and San Antonio markets. Prior to forming Endeavor, the Principals served as part of the senior leadership team at Trammell Crow Company (TCC) in Central Texas. Endeavor currently manages and leases 3.3 million s.f. of office and industrial properties and 2.8 million s.f. of retail properties. Endeavor has developed or aquired 6 shopping centers comprising over 875,000 s.f. of space and is currently building 4 additional centers totaling over 3.1 million s.f. It has acquired 15 office and industrial buildings totaling 2.4 million s.f. since its inception.
